The Capital Kiwi team, together with Ranger Mark will be on-site on Sunday 26 Nov to spread the word on how the MTB community can do their bit to make Mākara Peak a happy place for our Kiwi.  Our feathered national icon are now living amongst our trails, having made the move from their original release point in Terawhiti Station, and we need your support to keep them safe and thriving.

Come and have a chat with our team, we will be at the main carpark between 9 am to 2pm on Sunday. As an incentive, you might score your self some light refreshments for your ride.   

And a friendly reminder that the best thing you can do to keep our kiwi safe is to keep all dogs in the park on leash.
